Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Baleshwar, is one of the premier Government skill training institutions in Odisha. The institute was established on 08 June 1957 with the objective of providing quality technical and vocational training to the youth and preparing them for employment and self-employment in the industrial sector.
The institute is affiliated to the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) and functions under the administrative control of the Directorate of Technical Education & Training (DTET), Odisha.
Since its establishment, Government ITI, Baleshwar has played an important role in developing a skilled workforce by imparting theoretical knowledge, practical training and industry-oriented skills through various engineering and non-engineering trades.
Located at O.T. Road, Angaragadia, Baleshwar, Odisha, the institute continues to contribute significantly towards the skill development and employability of youth in the district and the State.
