KBC STUDY CIRCLE was born out of a mass decision of the parents & guardians of the students in Unit-IV, Bhubaneswar locality in 2004. Within a few years and within a limited surrounding, KBC STUDY CIRCLE has created its own special recognition in Bhubaneswar for its excellent results over the years.
